ARTWORK/IMAGE RELEASE AGREEMENT: By accepting below, you grant permission to AgVenture, Inc., a Corteva Agriscience LLC and all its affiliates, subsidiaries and marketing agencies (collectively, "Corteva") the royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish in any form worldwide, the photographers of imagery that you submit ("Imagery"), for any lawful purposes, including without limitation for displaying, advertising, educational, informational, Internet (including social media), or sales purposes (collectively "Publications"). It is expressly agreed that the publications should remain the property of Corteva. You agree that you will only submit Imagery of people or places that you are authorized to photograph. Corteva may request that any individuals shown in the Imagery sign a consent and release form. You will indemnify Corteva for any third-party claims related to the Imagery you submit, and Corteva will bear no liability of advertising, libel, slander, defamation, misappropriation, copyright, and intentional infliction of emotional distress with regards to the grant use of the Imagery.

PUBLICITY CONSENT & RELEASE AGREEMENT: By accepting below, you agree to our standard publicity release form as follows: This Consent and Release is effective upon submission, by and between "Participant" and Corteva Agriscience LLC and its affiliates ("Corteva"). Participant grants Corteva, and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, and their authorized marketing agencies, and any successor in interest of the foregoing entities, the right to unilaterally and without limitation, use and reproduce, broadcast. and publish in any form and in any media worldwide, whether now known or hereafter developed, my name, address, likeness, voice, hometown, and any statements, endorsements, information, videos, and photographs or photographic likeness of me or my property, and information about my agricultural operation, including yield, location, soil type, seed and other input products used, and management practices for any lawful purposes, including without limitation for advertising, editorial, educational, informational, Internet (including social media), or sales purposes (collectively "Publications.")I acknowledge that Corteva, in reliance upon this Consent and Release, will invest significant time and money processing and utilizing the Publications and that it does not have any obligation to pay Participant or any other person for its use of the materials that are subject of this Consent and Release. It is expressly agreed that the Publications shall remain the property of Corteva. I agree that should I receive any print, negative, digital copy, or any other copy thereof, I shall not authorize its use by anyone else, without proper written consent by Corteva or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or divisions. Participant explicitly releases and waives the right of privacy, publicity, false advertising, libel, slander, defamation, misappropriation, copyright, and intentional infliction of emotional distress with regards to the grant and use of materials that are the subject of this Consent and Release. I further acknowledge and agree that I shall have no right to review or approve any such Publications, and that my decision to appear in the Publications was made on a voluntary basis. I further acknowledge that my personal information is processed for the purpose of creating and using Publications as described above and shall be processed by Corteva selected third party service providers for the same purpose and stored in systems chosen by Corteva and primarily hosted in the United States and used solely in accordance with the Corteva Privacy Statement. Any personal Information shall be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. I further acknowledge that providing my personal information, I consent to its use as described above.
